Sumlin is a hell of a coach. Houston has had some good QBs over the years, but obviously having an elite player who is granted a sixth year of eligibility doesn't happen every year at a school like Houston.

I think Houston could more than hold its own with Stanford or Wisconsin or Oklahoma State in a BCS bowl.

    Sweet Jesus.

Houston v. Oklahoma State would be rather entertaining.

    First team to 63.

I think so, too. Especially Stanford.

Houston has a real good quarterback, and there will be more than one team selected to BCS bowls with next door to no defense. So I'd say they have a fine chance unless they face LSU or Alabama, which they won't.

But of course. Shall we add disingenous to tautological?
