When making a Zardoz head reference, it helps to illustrate ...

If you're interested in reading more about the Zardoz head, see http://www.badmovies.org/movies/zardoz/ or go to your local library.

    Reading ... it's fundamental.

Covered one at Seagate. Had the ambiance of a car show.

The Stay in School floor from the 1994? NBA All-Star Game was a classic.

Try covering one at Crisler Arena. Nothing says MAC basketball like a tourney at a Big 10 Arena

Louisville goes to West Virginia Thursday night in the other league that enjoys pimping on weeknights.

I know the Louisville defense sucks, and I know people are expecting the 'Eers to destroy them, but I'd watch out for the Cards this week. They're on the brink of going 6-6 and staying home for the holidays for the first time in a good while, and the offense can still score.

I don't think they'll win. I do think Louisville keeps this one close.

Southern Miss has played on damn near every night of the week this year and precious few Saturdays. They've managed to do most of that bizarre night stuff on the road, but I can't imagine the Chambers of Commerce for the towns these games are held in are too happy about these odd dates. Gotta drive down hotel stays because of work demands.

You could be the WAC who seems to play on Sunday nights.

I think USM has played a pair of Sundays so far this year.
