College football 2020 offseason thread

    The players down here are used to playing in August and September anyhow. Not a big deal.

    Well, I know that he was poking fun of an old woman who was ready to strangle her husband after being locked in with him too long - but noose images in Mississippi are not a good choice, and given that he's primarily coaching black guys it was stupid and a bad look.

    I don't think any sports are going to play games this year, preps, college or pros. We're not even close to a turning point. People are going to be dying in droves in the near future, and the medical community will be decimated.

    Sports are the very least of our worries.

    I suppose if we don’t have football at the normal time, it’ll be the libruhls’ fault.

    This year would have been the 25th consecutive year I organized a football weekend for my college circle of friends. We’ve had marriages, divorces, kids and a death in the ever-shifting group, from a high of, like, 15 people to just four attending a game.

    I made T-shirts for our 10th anniversary and was going to make them this year, but that’s going to wait a year. There’s no way in hell I’m setting foot in a stadium this year.
