The Odom hire at Mizzou says ... probably not. It's Mizzou.

Have they made up? Because Gundy and Pickens had a "we can barely tolerate each other" kind of relationship a few years ago.

Lots of value on the board.

    Northwestern -5.5. That’s insanely juicy.
    USC -7
    Auburn -16.5
Iowa -5. Damn I hate this pick but Ferentz is something like 13-2 ATS as a road favorite because the Big Ten West is awful.

Story apparently says the execution came with the input of the president of the university. Good Tebow. Your school might be excessively obsessed with and defined by football if the president is weighing in on whether the defensive coordinator should be whacked.

Damn, you can take a lot of points on the road for OK teams, or against “just OK” teams.

    Texas
    Tech (+8.5) at TCU, 7:30 p.m., ESPN

    Arizona (+13.5) at Utah, 10 p.m., ESPN

Michigan State (+13.5) at Penn State, 3:30 p.m., Big Ten Network

    Wisconsin (+7.5) at Michigan, 7:30 p.m., ABC

Major trap game for Florida this week, coming off two emotional upset wins in a row -- at Mississippi State and home vs. LSU. With the Kentucky loss, they may be overlooking this game and instead focusing on their annual Cocktail Party meeting with the Dawgs in Jax. Vandy always seems to play them tough, particularly in Nashville. And Feliepe Franks still isn't the answer at QB.

Take Alabama first half. Game is a crapshoot once it's Bama's third-string against someone else's first.
