Could be Marcus Morris, Mack or Matt Howard if the balloting was extended a little.

Your comma splice wrecks your entire point.

I'd go with Sullinger, the upset notwithstanding

I'm biased, so I would take Marcus Morris over Sullinger, but I don't think either merits much thought for national POY. Jimmer or Kemba, no bad decision there. I would've voted Jimmer before the Big East and NCAA tournaments. Now, probably Kemba.

    Kemba. Because he's better.

  7. Kemba Walker
After UConn's Big East and Tourney run Walker is a runaway winner.

Howard isn't even the best player on his own team. I would say Jimmer will win, but the dude plays no defense. Too many big games by him, he was all BYU had.

To exclude Jared Sullinger in this poll is an injustice. Sure, Derrick Williams is an excellent player and did a lot of damage in the NCAA Tournament for Arizona, but did not have a better overall body of work over Sullinger.

Pick here is Jimmer, though Kemba Walker is a solid pick as well.

I can think of two players in this game who could be on the list.

Sullinger really wasn't that good. I have no clue why everyone thinks he was such a dominant force. Oh wait it's because he was talked about as if he was ridiculous all season long when he wasn't. He was very very good, perhaps great but really doesn't belong in this discussion. There is a reason he was beat by JaJuan Johnson for Big Ten Player of the Year.
