    The NCAA showed no respect for my budget not sending VCU to the University of Virginia.
    If you are able to do the games this weekend in Myrtle Beach, shoot me an e-mail at mharris@timesdispatch.com - no promises because I'm trying to get someone down there. High school regionals and a budget that has to make up for some unexpected expenses may prevent that. VCU plays Coastal Carolina on Friday.
