You can hang a bunch of stuff on Clinton (or any other POTUS for that matter). But the Blackhawk Down incident shouldn't be put on him. There were several mistakes on the ground by command that Clinton couldn't have prevented. Sure, I guess you can in a "The man at the top of the food chain gets the blame." Or blame him for them being there in the first place. But Clinton didn't cause those men to die any more than GWBush has caused the thousands to die in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Well, I know first hand from an Army Ranger that he let our troops down. Maybe, you didn't see it in the movie but at one point in the battle the troops on the ground asked for air support and the president denied that request.
