    Those are pretty good, but Cleveland is better than 7.8 percent of the cities in the world. You can look it up. (I county Bombay and Mumbai twice, though).

    When I lived in Cleveland, Barkley got arrested in the Flats for shoving a guy at a club. Now you can only get arrested there for vagrancy.

    The guy's Hastily Made Cleveland videos have a line that the Flats "look like a Scooby Doo ghost town." So, sadly, yes.

    Flats are over. East Bank is mostly torn down. There were plans to build a big condo/office complex. OOOOOPS!

    Plenty of better places downtown now anyway.
