    those are pretty good too.....years ago I think they were called "Mirage Bars", or something like that.

    Linking to the Bill of Rights isn't exactly answering the question of whether the Fourth Amendment applies to border searches. The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that the way the Fourth Amendment applies at the border is different than elsewhere in the country. Essentially, all searches are reasonable and are free of the warrant and probable cause requirements, except body searches, which require reasonable suspicion.
