    Let's see. I believe that at least two of the last three presidents are confessed "potheads."
    And, by the way,
    Some day, our descendants are going to believe we were all idiots.

    Over the years we've had: War on Poverty, War on Drugs, War on Terrorism.

    Maybe a new strategy is in order.
