Like I said earlier, there's a difference between skepticism and cynicism.

I'm skeptical of Torres as well. Cynicism makes people get on a message board and say "She's guilty as sin and if you don't think that, you're a damned fool."

At what point was Ms. Torres named in a years-long federal PED investigation? At what point was she summoned to testify before a grand jury? At what point was she called out for perjury based on her testimony there?

Other than that, your comparison is unassailable.

Bonds was getting the treatment when he was going for McGwire's HR record, too.

But you damn well know the Bonds bashing predated any of that by a mile.

And so far the number of drug tests failed by each is the exact same.
