Looks like Jeff Bzdelik is zooming away from the Air Force Academy.

He'll turn Colorado into a winner.......They could easily finish 3rd in the Big 12 North next year behind KU and KSU.

    Air Force will miss him.

The only good thing about that job is that it's in Boulder...

Seemed like a no-brainer to me. Isn't this the former Nuggets coach? First Denver, then Colorado Springs and now Boulder. I guess Fort Collins or Greeley is next if this doesn't pan out, huh?

As a CU grad, I gotta say I'm pretty stoked about the hire. Patton was a decent recruiter, but just a terrible coach. And Chef, I sure as hell hope you're right...finishing third in the North would be a nice start.

The Big 12 does not break up the divisions in men's basketball. It's one free-for-all with 16 conference games (play everyone else once; home-and-home with five of the 11 on a rotating basis).
