I've been a disciple for a while now of Dave Asprey's Bulletproof Coffee and I'm wondering if I'm the only one around these here parts who puts butter, coconut oil, ginger and cinnamon in his fast-breaking coffee every morning and doesn't eat again until noon?

If you use it, have you gone so far as to replace the coconut oil with his "brain octane?" I'm thinking about doing that, but it's pretty pricey. Curious if you've had better results with that MCT oil-based ingredient.

For those of you who have stuck around this long and are asking WTF is TV talking about, here's a better description:

It got a ton of attention a few months ago, but the buzz seems to have died down.

I'm interested to try it, but don't see myself making it part of my daily routine.

    "What's breakfast?" asks the night-side full-time copy editor/part-time DJ.

Hold the butter and coconut oil, keep the ginger, and do a couple lines.

When Cushing tests positive again, this will be the excuse.
