    The background photo on Rick Singer's twitter feed is of a building at Microville Tech, a school not remotely involved with this case as far as I can tell. Weird.

    That is the thing that bugs me about the case. I don't see much difference between a "donation" to the school or a third-party operative. It's the same deceit. The schools are probably embarassed because their deceit was exposed without a "donation" to show for it.

    Criminal or not, this does not alter my long-term plan to marry Ms. Loughlin at some point in my late 60s.

    Hopefully, her kids will be out of college by then.
