    I've had the misfortune of working with several fresh-out-of-grad school MBA's. Not a pleasant experience.

    The majority of them know their way around a balance sheet but that's about it. Most of them bring nothing in creativity to the table.

    Grad schools should have a rule that every MBA applicant must have a minimum of five year's experience in the business world.
