The Borders in my town is where I find easy parking at the mall. Nobody parks in front of the empty store.

We had a small Borders store (used to be a Waldenbooks) that was actually bought from the mall leasing company by a couple former employees of some sort, who now run it. It seems to be doing OK, with the caveat that the only other place to get a book within 30 minutes are libraries.
