    Not really, not at all. If he was drafted out of high school, he might have played rookie ball at 18, promoted to low-A at 19 and high-A at 20. That's not fast-track, but it's not slow-track either. And if he's Latin, it's not very unusual either.

    Not a good move for Philly...figured they'd pick up Hughes or Tabata.

    Even the supposed gem in the deal, C.J. Henry, is struggling: .237 BA, 86 SO in 278 at-bats at Class A Charleston. Then again, it's only his first year of pro ball.
