I love the idea. I'd rather see a game played in football weather than a game stopped for 30 minutes for a power outage. I realize the two are not mutually exclusive.

Outdoor Super Bowl in winter weather would be the perfect excuse to kill the halftime show.
    Enough already

And I always thought this is football weather:

Ah, the days before 17-week regular seasons and 12-team playoff fields.

I'd love to see a Super Bowl snow game, myself.

A game like that would certainly shatter all the TV ratings records. A big snow the week leading up to the game, though, is bad, like what happened in Dallas. That was ice, though, which was worse.

I forget where I saw it, but MSG is an option for the halftime show.

Snowing pretty good here in the Toronto area, something we don't see much of any more. Huggy Jr. was happy to go back to bed when I told him schools were closed.

Blizzard hasn't started yet here. These big storms always seem to arrive a little later and last a little longer than is forecast.

I love watching cold weather football. I also love a Super Bowl in a good NFL city... New Orleans is the perfect place for the game, but I would much rather see the game played in good football cities... Denver, Chicago, Philly, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Baltimore... than in places like Arizona and Tampa just because the weather is better there...

I get that there are a few teams that aren't equipped to host... (Packers and Redskins immediately come to mind...) but I feel like at least 25 teams should be allowed to host it.

I get that there are a few places where they
