    Bill Parcells has resigned as coach of the Dallas Cowboys.

    Heard Friday night -- from someone close to Tuna -- that he might be making this decision over the weekend.

    The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review is reporting that the Cowboys have offered Parcells a chance to remain as coach and that he has accepted.
