buck, I'm with AA on this, I think. The times I most enjoy the movies is when I'm transported, forget where I am, forget the characters are other people with their own lives.

This certainly wouldn't change my enjoyment of Bill Murray's comedy.

 

I'm not going to stop watching and enjoying Stripes and Groundhog Day. That is all.

 

I'm the opposite. I don't listen to Michael Jackson's music now because I fear people will pass judgment. It's too bad. I like some of his songs.

 

I will not buy any of R. Kelly's music made since the charges came out.

But his old shit? I'm rocking that on the regular.

 

Hmm...if I've learned one thing about my time as a journalist and a sailor...it's that with few exceptions, I no longer worry what other people think of me and my entertainment choices.

 

I saw him at an event awhile back when I was a very huge 9 months pregnant.
