Belicheat unsure of fellow cheater Human Hormone Harrison's status for Sunday

As his comrade-in-rulebreaking Rodney Harrison returns to the fold after serving a 4-game suspension for violating the NFL's PED policy, the Pats' unethical head man has so far been silent on whether the allegedly HGH-fueled safety will see action this weekend:

Not sure if any reporters have asked Belicheat how he feels about Harrison's infraction, or Harrison's subsequent penalty versus his own. What does the coach think of the relative degrees of cheating which he repeatedly committed versus that which Harrison committed?

So far, Coach Corrupt has defiantly refused to discuss his own transgressions, the NFL's decision to destroy the evidence of his illegalities, or any number of other issues related to his malfeasance. Nor has Belicheat expressed any regret to the opposing coaches, players or the millions of paying customers whom he illegally and immorally violated with his repetitive rulebreaking.

It seems Harrison has taken his cue from his bylaw-breaking boss, Coach Corrupt. The message: Going 'Mark McGwire' on your transgressions is acceptable; if you're going to break the rules, ok. But whatever you do, don't talk about it:

Sounds like Harrison got the word from the Savant of Sin himself. Belicheat knows that if Harrison talks about his violation, it is a short path from that malfeasance to the coach's own, unresolved dishonesty.

Forget about whether or not this team is the 'greatest ever,' the real question is "Is this team the most reprobate in NFL history?"

If an organization -- like a fish -- rots from the top down, the Pats could be on pace for some record-setting decay.

And still, the public has no idea the extent of Belicheat's numerous transgressions.

And as Spygate drags on due to Belicheat's stonewalling, one wonders which Pats coach, player or assistant will fill the role of the next Bill Belichick, Rodney Harrison or Matt Estrella.

Rokski......I don't know if you've followed Belicheks tenure in New England, but he doesn't tell the press anything! Never, nothing, nada..........he's been doing this since day 1.

No shit....do people realize if the cameraman was standing 30 ft. back, sitting in the front row of the stands..he would have been doing nothing wrong in the eyes of the NFL? Or filming from the pressbox, coaches box, etc. the violation was taping from the sidelines........and it was the height of arrogance for Belichek to knowingly put the guy there....right in the open, in New York no less.

Boston Herald columnist John Tomase wonders how much credibility cheating Rodney Harrison will have in the Pats' locker room after his PED suspension:

What's left explicitly unmentioned in Tomase's column is the illegalities of Pats' top man, Belicheat. But the writer, IMO, does a good job of having that as a backdrop without ever coming out directly and saying it.

He did discuss the suspension the night before it came out making a statement in a conference call.

That's a good point, KP. He has been much more forthright than has Belicheat.

It does seem, however, that the word has come down to 'shut it.' My concern is that such an edict came from Belicheat himself, so as to try to keep the subject of rules-breaking as far away from Coach Corrupt's malfeasant lap as possible.

Well, if the Pats are rotting from the top down then they're doing a damn good job of hiding it. Perhaps you hadn't noticed, Roksi, but they're undefeated and have crushed everybody in one of the NFL's most dominant starts in years. I wish my teams would "decay" like that.

So much for the "cheaters never win" theory.

Of course, if Belicheat and the NFL would come clean on the extent, depth and nature of the multiple cheating episodes, perhaps there would be no more questions.
