Leadership and success aren't necessarily interrelated, though they often are. Guys like Roethlisberger and Vick . . . they are probably far worse human beings than a guy like Cutler, at least that's how it seems to play out. But they are strategically pretty good teammates to those who they need to be pretty good teammates to. Roethlisberger has great relationships with his offensive line, which is pretty shitty and has been so pretty much his entire career. Even going as far as to call out the media on a national stage and their criticism of the o-line after they won their super bowl over Arizona. He hosts and pays for weekend getaways with his line. He's a smart leader. Vick, instead of criticising his line last year when he got pretty beat up back there, he went after the officials instead. Again, strategic. Cutler isn't wrong in having a problem with a shitty o-line, but doing what he does doesn't make him a good leader.

You've noticed Cutler's teams have been pretty good when he's playing, lately, right? We're not talking about some kind of reverse Tebow putting up nice stats but losing all his games?
