    That's pretty damn cool.

I had to spend a few days in the children's hospital about two and a half years ago. My son had broken his arm and leg while skating and had surgery. It's remarkable how quickly you can go from being scared and bummed about your kid's injuries.. to being thankful practically to the point of tears that all he has is a few broken bones. My son's "roommate" was a 12 year old who appeared to weigh about 40 pounds, was curled up in the fetal position and made bleating noises all day and all night. It's a pretty gut-wrenching place to be. Anyone who spends his time trying to cheer up kids in a place like that is OK by me.
