I've always loved him, you know.

Always believed in him and the Mets. Always been his most fervent defender here.

I dunno man. An MVP with a .250 average is pretty dicey.

I don't care who the MVP is.
I'm going to Shea on Sunday!

Make sure to stick around for the goodbye to Shea ceremony. AFTER THE FUCKING GAME. And after they're eliminated. Assholes. They can't even say goodbye right.

That is correct. And if the White Sox can't rock Bryan fucking Bullington tomorrow, it will be a whole new level of gutlessness, one I didn't think was possible to achieve even after the last five days.

That said, if the Sox do get that one-game playoff with the Twins, I feel good about it. The Sox are 7-2 against Minnesota in Chicago this year.

    Screw that.

This Dodger dork wants no part of the Cubs in the first round.

OK, this Dodger dork wants no part of ANYONE in any round, but definitely doesn't want to be the first victims on the Cubbies' Centennial Victory Tour.

    Them's fightin' words, Piotr. :D

Dodgers ain't going nowhere. At least let me see a good game before they get swept.

Don't worry buck, you'll still have the Angels to root for :D

Oh, I'm not rooting, T_D. The NL sucks, and my team is out.

I'll be at Dodger Stadium, though, and that's pretty good. Although I would like to see the Angels keep going so I can maybe see a playoff game in Anaheim, too.

    J&E --

It isn't the hitting I'd be worried about.

It's the pitching. Chicago's starters look gassed.
