This is the dumbest thing anyone has ever written, ever, anywhere.

    Bonds loves haters?

I have news for you. Bonds wants to be loved. He yearns for it.

He isn't, and that will forever torment him.

With all due respect, zeke, I'm not even sure it makes the top 10 of dumbest things written by the one-note poster in question.

    Noted.

    It's still plenty stoopid.

Bonds is by far the biggest draw in baseball. The fans opinion's certainly haven't stopped them from paying to watch him play. The level of adversity he's been able to overcome thus far is incredible. The man know's how to step up to the plate, period.

Bonds is the biggest draw in baseball?

    Montezuma, we have another nominee...

The Giants were 7th in road attendance last year, 11th thus far this year, meaning road attendance is actually decreasing as Bonds gets closer to the record.

    You were saying?

Is there an individual who's a better draw? I can't think of one off-hand. Dice-K maybe?

The Twins numbers are freakishly different on days Santana pitches.

Wow. What are you going to do next to up that average of yours? Predict that the sun will rise tomorrow morning?

St. Louis is ahead of San Fran both last year and this year, so, Pujols.

People are going to watch Barry during the countdown. Like him or dislike him, they won't be able to help themselves. Parks will fill and ratings will go up. Villains are usually way more interesting than heroes, anyway.

Agreed, but that's about the record way more than it's about Barry.
