    I had it about a month ago. Not that you should be surprised or anything - we're talking about the guy who cooked a six pound bacon log for fun.

    Well, after the bacon explosion all my friends started telling me about other recipes, or fatty foods that I should try. A friend's gf, who refused to eat the baconator at the Super Bowl party actually found the baconaise and bought it for me to try. I ended up leaving the bottle at someone's house so only got to have it once - it was what you would expect.

    One of our food writers did a comparo on it with a real bacon BLT. Not bad, she said, but the best was the BLT with bacon AND Baconaise.

    I sure as hell hope so. A BLT without bacon is like the old "No dinner dinner" from Home Improvement.

    Lettuce and tomato with bacon-flavored mayo is not a BLT. It's a salad with bacon flavored dressing

    I saw that episode of Oprah and have to admit it was intriguing, especially when they said it was kosher!

    I would try it. Not sure if I'd buy it.
