    These guys were arrested. They will be charged and brought to trial. There's not going to be any debate about this. For those reasons, this case and the George Zimmerman case are apples and oranges.

    He was a victim of circumstance, jogging down the road. Nothing so far indicates it was a hate crime.

    This thread cracks me up. The shooter could say in court he shot the victim over race, and some people would deny it.
