I dont think there is anything wrong with sharing your beliefs. If someone isnt receptive to it, you back off. Im not real vocal but I have “witnessed” to people I know. The guy might have some problems, but I think his heart is in the right place. Then again, I dont know him. I do know people get really uncomfortable when someone is preaching to them. I really dont get that.

People don't like having their belief systems challenged, Slash. It's like being forced out of your comfort zone, so to speak, and especially so when it's a stranger doing the forcing. Evangelical Christians mean well, and I enjoy a good discussion as much as anyone, but when the conversation takes the turn of "Our way is the only way," that's when it gets overbearing.

The last night I attended my church's youth group in high school was the night the leader talked about witnessing. That makes me terribly uncomfortable anyway, and her words were: "Someday we're all going to be judged and the last people you're going to want to see go down are your friends and family." Be that as it may, using scare tactics is not the answer.

Whether that was Mr. Cameron's tack is unknown but from what it sounds like everything on the set had to do with religion in his eyes and, as Mizzougrad said, the show went out damn near on top.

If someone walked up to me on the street and started talking religion, the urge to punch them in the face would be overwhelming...

If I want someone to talk to me about religion, I'll ask...

I swear to God, as I typed that, a Saved By The Bell commercial with the slogan "Embrace The Cheese" aired. Swear to God.

Gosh darn, their star kid was a pain in the ass.

I was so hoping this would be about Tracy Gold and a decision to pose in a gentlemen's magazine
