Yeah, we know no one would ever manipulate one of these polls at the last minute.

 

If you vote Boise State No. 1, you will have done the right thing.

 

Boise State may not be the best team in college football, but it's the only without a loss.

Sure, I'd be all for another round of playoffs with Boise and Florida playing. But we don't get that. Boise dominated a sorry WAC and beat Oklahoma, which hasn't been in the national championship discussion since mid-September. Florida kicked Ohio State in the balls. Florida is the national champion. End of story.

 

Ahem. I'd like to point out that the AP poll is entirely independent of the BCS process. So there's no "manipulating" or "fixing" as it pertains to the title game or crystal football trophy.

 

But if you listen to the SEC fanboys, the Big Ten wasn't shit. And Ohio State was a fraud.
