    Here's a well-done column by SF Chron's Gwen Knapp, saying the BALCO investigation is not and has never been all about Barry Bonds -- only the media's coverage has.

    I'm not sure I agree that the media believes Barry is the "only" focus, but off the list of names in that story, I automatically knew Romo and Robbins as well. The others? Eh, never heard of them. And we tend to focus only those names we recognize.
