What I love about Rudy was his talk about threats againt him that he won't discuss in detail (this was pre-9/11). The guy constantly surrounded himself with insane amounts of security in order to make him feel important.

 

That's what scares me, though. On the dial groups, Huckabee's biggest spike on the night was his "getting rid of the IRS" line. Batshit crazy sells well.

 

No sweat . . . it's a nice line, but when he has to answer "How?" with
"National sales tax", his numbers'll drop faster than the late-October 1929
