Aretha Franklin's Pancreatic Cancer (5-10% chance to live)

Discussion in 'Sports and News' started by Deeper_Background, Dec 8, 2010.

  1. I've loved bagging on Aretha over the years for being a pampered, tax-cheating tard, but this sucks. Sad news for her and Detroit. She is arguably the most famous person to come out of the 313. God speed, Ms. Franklin. You represented Detroit well, for the most part.

So far, a dying Aretha Franklin has been called a "b*tch," a "diva," and a "tax-cheating tard" on this thread.

Yet no one seems to have a problem with it.

    Just saying.

  3. Maybe she was, asshole. None of us are taking solace in her passing. Go take a long walk off a short pier.

Why is it OK to call a woman dying of cancer a "tard" and a "b*tch"?

the whipple procedure won't usually be done if the cancer is very advanced at all. it's a pretty nasty surgery that just isn't worth it for the patient unless the cancer is caught early. that's what makes pancreatic cancer such a bitch - the fact that in most cases it's too far along when discovered because it's so hard to detect.
