    Easier to find parking at big box location. May not be as easy to find parking in a smaller area with cute delis.


    Personally, I would go with No. 1, partly because of the balcony. It would be a place I could put the grill and cook outside.

    If the debt thing is a super big deal, go with No. 2, if for nothing else than for at least a year. And if you don't like it/hate it, move in a year. (Yes, I know, moving sucks.) But at the least, you can pay down some of the debt.

    I'd vote for option 2... but then again, I've never enjoyed the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer. As such, I know when to hit laundromats so as to avoid big crowds.

    Plus, cable is included. Gotta love that.

    Well, what's important to her? W/D? Cable? Paying down debt? Location to shopping? Newness/oldness in terms of maintenance issues? Parking?
