Doesn't seem like it's that big of a change, at least from my first glance. The college hoops roundup has carried a similar slug for a while (BC-BKC--State-Tech Folo-Rdp), and it seems like they're just deleting the one graf that reads something like this (and yes, I'm making up these rankings and scores):

"In other games Tuesday night, No. 10 Xavier beat Dayton 88-67, No. 12 Kentucky defeated Vanderbilt 78-76, No. 23 Marquette beat DePaul 84-80 and No. 25 Stanford beat Washington State 65-62."
