Another voice gone ... RIP Les Keiter

    Saw this earlier tonight and remembered his early days calling Knicks games and college hoops in New York.
    A colorful character with alll kinds of catch-phrases, some of which are mentioned in the Philly obit.

    Kalas, Harmon, Keiter ... a sad week for those of us who remember great old voices.

    Yes it is. I mentioned his passing on the Kalas thread. Les was outstanding and he'll always be remember for broadcasting a game from the Palestra during a bomb scare. Not many would do what he did today.
