Kyoto is a ridiculous document from the US perspective, and I'm glad we didn't sign it, but this
kind of "bon mot" is just . . . well . . . stupid.

I thought this might be about Bush asking Germany to change the location of Obama's speech because, well, Bush is a partisan asshole.

 

That's too bad. The link worked for me and the story provides solid proof that the republican way of thinking is fundamentally wrong and that Bush is a war criminal.

I know some people think it's silly to focus on these off the cuff remarks, but I think it say a lot about him. "Yo, Harper", his condescending neck grab of the German President, etc.
