It's easily been a half-hour since the Lakers-76ers game ended and still no box score.

This happens for every fucking game at the Staples Center.
    Anyone know why?

edit: The box was sent at 12:24, a good 18 minutes after the updated glance was sent, which was sent at least 10 minutes after the game actually ended.

    Happy Fucking New Year, AP.

  2. College bowl summaries have been uniformly slow in arriving also. Never did see tonight's MPC Computer bowl in Boise before our deadline.

It's MPC Computers Bowl, for the record. Retarded, but correct.

I didn't even wait for the Celtics-Sonics summary since the other two guys were getting pissed at me because they wanted to go home.
That thing may have taken even longer to move than the Lakers-Sixers game.
Looks to me like the AP office had a sweet New Year's Eve party.

Which of the AP ladies sat on the copying machine this time?
