Hollywood really does think they are bigger than the country.

So, with no idea of what was discussed and only the image of a polite handshake, you have decided that "Hollywood" thinks it is bigger than the country.

  4. Good.
More seats at the movies for me.

In all seriousness, why is it so important to you that Kevin Spacey met with Chavez?

Caracas Kevin is apparently a traitor because Chavez has some socialist policies and supports Castro.

If I boycott an actor it's because I think his work sucks. I don't give a rat's ass about his politics.
    Spacey is cool with me.

Then don't hate this country by meeting with a known enemy then expect the people of said country to shell out bucks to see your movies.

I'm pretty sure Chavez isn't planning to invade the U.S. What exactly makes him an enemy other than the fact that he likes to make fun of George Bush? Did he embarrass us by providing poor people with cheaper home heating oil the last couple of winters?

Meeting with people that don't like where you live does not equal hating the place you live.

I have met with plenty of people that aren't so high on America or America's politics. It doesn't mean I hate this country. That is just bullshit logic right there.
