    If the Food Network has taught me anything, it's that presentation is as important to the dish as its substance.
    In this case, the portions aren't the biggest you'll find, but they're dressed up real nice to make them appetizing.

    An update: Mrs. Chiquet was only slightly amused that I posted this story on facebook with a similar comment.

    Addendum: the whole house was cleaned today...I helped...a lot! :D
