All white jury to hear O.J. Simpson trial

    The civil trial, with a jury of a contrasting composition, came out somewhat differently, as I recall.

    It is odd. I think there are a lot of reports that have to be filed, backgrounds, similar cases, yada yada.

    "Best defense team money could buy" was a horrible defense team that was outdone only by a worse prosecution.

    One sentence got O.J. off the first time, and had little to do with the overall defense effort:

    "If it does not fit, you must acquit."

    8 words bought him his freedom. Idiocy afterward lost it.

    The absolute worst impersonation of a judge in legal history was the proximate cause of the circus called a trial.

    Did anyone catch the quote of the judge after reading the verdict? I think the quote was "time out."
