A classic cheesy-80s flick. Right now there's incredible vampire carnage to the tune of Aerosmith's "Walk This Way".

Soundtrack had two fucking great songs: "Good Times" by Jimmy Barnes and INXS and "Lost In The Shadows" by Lou Gramm.

(Cadet will this turn into another great soundtrack thread? :) )

You can't forget Echo and the Bunnymen's cover of "People Are Strange"!

How do those maggots taste, Michael?

Ah, the Lost Boys. have it on tape. With The Last Starfighter, definitely one of my top 1980s guilty pleasure movies.

"I didn't invite you this time."

Awesome. One of Julia Roberts' many ex-boyfriends in a fight to the death with Richard Gilmore.

Three quotes I'll never forget from this movie:

"If you read the T.V. Guide, you don't need a T.V."

"Maggots, Michael. You're eating maggots. How do they taste?"

"I still want you, Lucy. I haven't changed my mind about that." This line just cracked me up because Max looked so funny all vamped out.

Also, I've been known the sing that song that Sam sings in the tub (Ain't Got No Home, I think).

I hate this fucking site sometimes. Now I have a child choir in my head singing, "Thou shall not kill."

Man, fuck you guys. And fuck the Lost Boys too. :D

    Sirs, Madames,

That's the problem with Santa Carla--too many vampires.

Jason Patric's father wrote, among other things, That Championship Season, one of my favorite plays (twice adapted [with Paul Sorvino both times] for the screen). And please don't ask why that sticks in my head.

    YHS, etc
