So when a Pres blows off going to war, even though the war happened like 40 years ago, they get a pass?

Reminds of an old story: Lauren Bacall was dating a married actor, and he was late for their dinner. She called his wife at home and asked when he would be along. The wife was infuriated. Bacall just said, "If he doesn't respect your marriage, why should I?"

Lo siento, but it's what was buzzing in my skull when I saw the two pictures.

No way does Mrs. McCain, Part Deux, become our First Lady.

I have an extremely low opinion of men who cheat on their wives. I tend to consider them the scum of the earth. (It's my father's fault. Cheating bastard.)

That said, being scum doesn't prevent a guy from being good at his job or a competent (or even a great) president.

It bothers me more that McCain called his wife a c*nt in public.

When he cheats on her, he is calling her that yet again.

  8. What, he's going to get divorced before the election? :)

It wouldn't make or break the deal for me, no.

If we're only looking to vote for people who have never done anything wrong at any point in their lives, why even bother having an election?
