Adult 'recess'

A group of people think we here in DC work too hard. And, apparently, we'd be happier if we took breaks from work to join conga lines, flash mobs, or had some other wacky form of adult "recess" each day:

Not for nothing, but if I see a conga line on the sidewalk outside my office, I might not be able to fight the desire to get in my car and mow them all down.

I work next to a big Army base with lots of open fields, and several co-workers spend their lunch hour(s) over there playing ultimate frisbee, volleyball, or at the gym. People who work downtown probably don't have that option, but still. A congo line is unacceptable anywhere, anytime. And what looked to be pictures of a pie fight? Horrid.
