Scenario: Have the cell number of a guy I'm interested in. It was given to me by a mutual friend. Is it OK to make the first move with a text?

OK, a little more background. Two weeks ago, we hung out at the ballpark and had a few drinks. A bunch of us then went to the pub for something to eat before heading home.

And this where I start to blush ... while the big joke was that we were going home together that night, I turned all shy and stuff and balked. But ... blush, blush, blush ... he gave me his leftover pizza to take home.

Saw him last night and caught him watching in my general direction a few times.
