    Nah. Just select one city, completely evacuate it, announce a "Reparations for Slaveholders" meeting at the center of the city with payouts to begin at noon.

    About 10 a.m., all the Federal personnel get in carriages and head out of town, leaving all the slaveholders behind. "Be patient. Don't worry about a thing. You'll be taken care of at noon."

    Couldn't get him anything that he needs. Never worked with him because he was before my time. Loved his beard. Loved his Emancipation Proclamation.
