    Tonight I was starting to grill, and the coupling between the propane tank and the hose was making a funny noise. I sort of married into this grill -- my wife had it before we were married -- and I've always hated it. I said, basically joking, "You know, with the stimulus check, I could just buy a new grill," and grinned.

    She said, "That's actually a great idea. I've always hated that grill."

    I get to buy a new grill! This makes me very happy.

    I went for a long walk, enjoyed a two-hour phone call and took a two-hour nap. And I didn't lose anyone to gangster rap. It's been a good day.

    I'm on vacation. So I slept late, then went to a festival, then went to a poker tournament. Now I'm home on the couch with the local nine on TV. Days don't get much better.

    Oh, I don't know. I thought the one your wife had was pretty good. 8) ;) :D

    Grills rule. I've got mine fired up right now. Green chile burgers, baby (don't knock 'em 'til you've tried 'em -- or you live with a New Mexican. ;))
