A (drunken) left winger's thought on the political division in this country

    No offense to drunken Pern, but to me, here's the deal: In the end, W's intentions are not important. What happened to the country is ... the first president I voted for, Jimmy Carter, had wonderful, entirely honorable intentions. They are not what he is remembered for.
    And yeah, I think Dick Cheney is evil. Seriously twisted, incredibly arrogant. Not just well-intentioned-but-wrong.
