    Moderator1, what does it take to stand out when applying?

    I have applied to at least a dozen editor jobs at The Athletic over the past year and haven't earned even a sniff of interest. I would understand it if I wasn't qualified, but that's far from the truth.

    Any input/guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

    For those specific jobs? Who knows - I suspect it will be a while for my team since we just expanded. But we hire for all sorts of jobs pretty regularly. Bookmark the jobs page and keep checking
