Here's the alert: you losers missed it. Now there's some god-awful new special involving jerks I've never heard of.

 

The Grinch is on Cartoon Network, just starting.

 

If ya missed it, you're in luck, because ABC's rebroadcasting it next Tuesday too. This Prep & Landing special is actually kinda cute (and how can you not love Dave Foley?)

Same here. By far my favorite part of any kind of holiday special. And I'm not even vaguely religious.

But if you watched Charlie Brown and Prep & Landing you missed A Year Without Santa Claus on ABCFamily and getting to hear the Snow Miser and Heat Miser songs.

 

I just saw this on my DVR finally tonight. WTF? They edited a bunch of stuff out, like Sally asking for help with her letter to Santa and Lucy trying to get Schroder to play Jingle Bells. A poor effort, ABC.

 

I had forgotten about Sally's letter, but I wondered if I had missed the Lucy/Schroder Jingle Bells interaction. Why on earth edit that out? They hadn't in years prior.

 

Sadly, the first thing I noticed missing was Shermy bitching about always being a shephard. Then I realized what else was missing. Honestly, I was pretty distracted already thanks to the tornado watch boxes all over the screen.
