    I dont know why the NRA doesn't demand that all Chicago residents have access to cheap handguns. Gun welfare so all residents can enjoy their 2nd amendment freedoms. And gun manufacturers can sell a few million guns

    It is notable how the murder rate varies so widely between big cities. Here in Boston, it's been real low for awhile, and is lower than last year. What are we doing right, if anything?
